This Privacy Policy describes how XD Business Content Tools ("we", "our", or "the Service"), operated by Daoa Keji, collects, uses, and processes data obtained through Meta and Instagram APIs.

When you connect your Instagram professional account via Meta authorization (OAuth), we may access the following data, strictly within the permissions you grant:

Instagram account identifiers (business or creator accounts)
Media and content metadata (posts, videos, Reels, captions, timestamps)
Content management information (publish, delete, hide actions)
Comments and replies on your own content
Business direct messages (if messaging permissions are granted)
Basic technical logs for security and reliability

2. How We Use Data

We use the data only to provide core product functionality, including:

Publishing and managing Instagram content
Managing comments and replies on your posts
Managing Instagram business messages
Account connection, authorization, and security monitoring
Compliance with platform policies and legal obligations

We do not sell user data. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties except:

When required to operate the service (e.g. cloud infrastructure providers)
When required by law or legal process
When you explicitly authorize or request it

4. Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service. Access tokens and cached data are removed when:

The token expires
You disconnect your Instagram account
You request data deletion

5. Revoking Access

You may revoke our access at any time by:

Disconnecting your Instagram account in our product (if available), or
Removing the app from Meta / Instagram "Apps and Websites" settings
